About the Job

Live Long Well Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the scheduling of caregivers for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their schedules are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the scheduling of caregivers for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their schedules are managed effectively.
  • Work closely with our Care Coordinators and Caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client schedules, caregiver availability, and other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients receive the care and support they need.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a related field, such as data entry, computer-related experience, or clerical and systems experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
