Job Summary:

As a Surgical Specialist at Stryker, you will play a critical role in facilitating surgical procedures and equipment management. This position requires a strong understanding of medical devices, anatomy, and surgical techniques. You will work closely with surgeons, OR personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Stryker equipment and related devices
• Anticipate and meet the needs of OR staff and surgeons during procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Collaborate with biomedical and central processing teams
• Stay up-to-date with Stryker education and training programs
• Provide product information to physicians and OR personnel
• Accurately record and report data metrics
• Maintain account information and ensure high levels of service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certifications
• Operating Room experience and knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures
• IAHCSMM CRCST Certification within 6 months of start date
• Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force to constantly move objects
• Basic computer skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
