Child Welfare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Child Welfare Professional to join our team as a Family Specialist. This rewarding position offers an opportunity for professional growth and development, with flexible work hours, desirable benefits, and competitive pay.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the company's standard compensation package.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as an essential member of an interdisciplinary collaborative team to help prevent out-of-home placement of children into the foster care system.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to maintain 90% of children safely in their homes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Case Management experience working with children and adolescents required.
- Crisis intervention and home-based experience a plus.
- Ability to work with a diverse population of at-risk families.
- Valid driver's license required.
Benefits:
- 4 weeks paid vacation annually;
- 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days;
- 1 sick day per month, accruable to 150 days;
