Help Desk Technician

The Service Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to resolve computer-related issues and incidents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware and software problems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on computer systems and software
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
