Job Overview

Staff On Site is actively looking for a part-time Billing Specialist to join our team in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing patient accounts, processing insurance claims, and handling Medicare billing. Familiarity with Eclipse software is a plus but not mandatory.


Position Type:
Part-Time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to Noon (Flexible hours available for the right candidate)


Compensation:
$17 per hour


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and efficiently perform data entry for billing transactions.
  • Generate and review journal entries related to billing activities.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in medical billing is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience with insurance billing and Medicare processes.
