We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Subcontract Administrator to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our contracts and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and develop evaluation criteria to ensure fair and transparent procurement processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and select or recommend subcontractors to meet program requirements.
  • Administer resulting subcontracts, including negotiations and coordination of additions, deletions, or modifications.
  • Participate in the development of subcontract policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, subcontract administration, subcontract management, negotiation, and/or category management.
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance.
Desirable Skills
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Working knowledge of acquisition policies and FAR/DFAR/LMAP requirements.
  • Experience with supply chain activities, including procurement systems, production schedules, and IPT structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
