The Role of the Network Development Manager

This position requires a seasoned professional to lead network development initiatives in the Central Valley, California market area. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll own growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals, ensuring high-quality healthcare services are accessible to those who need them most.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth by identifying and researching potential prospective physicians and providers.
  • Deliver end-to-end provider onboarding processes, including agreement execution, credentialing, and more.
  • Foster relationships with prospective physicians, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present service offerings and value propositions to prospective physicians and providers, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think critically and approach problems with a solution-focused mindset.
