About Your Team

We're a high-performing, fast-growing strategic business development team seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. As part of our organization, you'll have the opportunity to work with 4,000+ physicians across 40 cities in California, caring for over 500,000 patients. About Your Work
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais's Networks of Care.
  • You will focus on developing multi-product lines, including HMO, PPO, commercial, ACO, and Government-Medicare plans.
  • You will identify and research potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, proven experience in sales, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They will also demonstrate adaptability, critical thinking, and intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.

Benefits
