**Job Overview:**

At Element Care, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing purposeful and meaningful therapeutic recreation services to a wide spectrum of participants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the therapeutic recreational needs of each participant.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with each participant's physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Design and create new therapeutic programs and projects to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with the geriatric population.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for use of Outlook, Word, and an electronic medical record.

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
