We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Support Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Thornton, Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists, to provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy, working closely with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
