Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary dysfunction
- Administer medical gases, aerosol therapy, and perform patient testing as ordered by physicians
- Operate and maintain respiratory and cardiopulmonary equipment, including mechanical ventilation and artificial airways
- Provide patient education and support, and monitor patient response to therapy
- Document patient records and maintain safety and infection control practices
- Associate's degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care as an entry-level Care Practitioner
