About the RoleThe RN Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models.
Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, performing procedures, documenting care, and teaching patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications. We're looking for a Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
Some travel may be needed for training, but we offer a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents to help you succeed in your nursing career.
