Reliability Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer II to join our team at Generac Power Systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and evaluating our industrial products to ensure they meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities- Design and evaluate industrial products to ensure reliability and performance
- Develop and implement validation plans to ensure product quality
- Drive cross-functional teams to achieve high product performance and reliability standards
- Evaluate product failure modes and develop solutions to eliminate potential failures
- Facilitate design review meetings and provide reliability findings and design recommendations
- Bachelor of Science in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of Reliability Engineering experience
- Knowledge and experience in component testing, electrical and mechanical systems, and failure modes and mechanisms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
