The role allows for a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility while contributing to our mission.

In this capacity, you will perform comprehensive analysis and assessment of financial and operational key performance indicators within the department. Your responsibilities will include delivering financial, statistical, and operational reporting projects as assigned. This position will particularly emphasize the management of the Revenue Cycle's operating budget, vendor oversight, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the request intake process for the reporting team, ensuring timely acceptance of assignments, appropriate prioritization of project requests, and effective communication with requestors regarding status and delivery timelines.


Engage in discussions with senior leaders in Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Clinical Administration to present critical metrics, analyze key drivers of Revenue Cycle performance, and formulate action plans to address identified challenges.

Exhibit strong leadership skills in facilitating discussions on assigned topics.


Foster a culture of collaborative, customer-centric service delivery with both internal and external team members.


Ensure that all financial and operational reporting processes adhere to established data integrity and controllership protocols, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.

Create high-quality, executive-level presentation materials that summarize key projects, issues, and reporting metrics.


Design and implement innovative self-service and visualization tools aimed at enhancing reporting solutions.


Collaborate with operational teams within the Revenue Cycle to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improved outcomes. Additionally, facilitate audits of revenue cycle operations to ensure adherence to established protocols.


Lead or assist in the preparation of complex financial and operational reporting metrics, validating data quality and accuracy, and ensuring timely publication of reports.

Accurately classify and document financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, as applicable.


Stay informed about evolving payer and market dynamics impacting the Revenue Cycle and proactively assess their implications on reporting requirements.


Lead or support efforts to extract and analyze complex financial and operational datasets for assigned business segments, including proactive identification of root causes for significant variances.

Analyze trends and issues, collaborating with relevant personnel and departments to devise resolutions.


A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related business field is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with five years of related experience is acceptable.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheet applications is required, while familiarity with PeopleSoft General Ledger is preferred.
