Position Summary
Are you an experienced property management expert looking to take charge of a well-established portfolio? Mid Oregon Personnel is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Commercial Real Estate Manager. In this position, you will oversee the administration and operations of designated commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards and remain financially viable. Our management team is committed to fostering strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their assets are protected, cash flows are maintained, and tenant relations are effectively managed.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in property management
- Valid Oregon Real Estate Property Manager or Broker License (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong capabilities in financial oversight and budgeting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a knack for conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and proficient in Microsoft Office, DropBox, and property management software (preferably Appfolio)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement management strategies for assigned properties.
- Foster positive relationships with our management team, property owners, tenants, and service providers through a professional and positive demeanor.
- Conduct regular property inspections in accordance with management plans.
- Facilitate lease renewals through effective negotiation.
- Prepare annual operating budgets, NNN projections, and reconciliations.
- Generate detailed monthly reports and financial summaries for property owners.
- Review and authorize accounts payable.
- Ensure prompt rent collection and manage any defaults or legal actions.
- Negotiate service contracts and monitor contractor performance.
- Oversee after-hours emergency response services.
- Perform additional duties as required.
