Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Team Birtola. As a high-producing Residential Real Estate Team, we've been selling Real Estate in Central Oregon for over 20 years.

Our ideal candidate is motivated and passionate about making the home buying/selling experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. They will be responsible for meeting with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meeting their needs and selling them a home.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for prospecting for new leads, nurturing relationships, and having local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.

We offer thorough initial training and ongoing support, as well as significant administrative, marketing, and advertising support. Our team atmosphere is experienced and supportive, and we consistently provide leads to our agents.

We are looking for someone who is organized, able to manage their time effectively, and able to communicate effectively (oral and written). A valid Real Estate License is required for this job, and a successful and proven sales history is preferred.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000 commission pay estimate

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
