The Commercial Customer Service Banker serves as the primary liaison for commercial banking clients utilizing the Treasury Management services offered by the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and nurture client relationships by delivering comprehensive customer support.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and compliance matters to optimize client satisfaction and promote relationship growth.
- Assess and recommend products and services tailored to meet client needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of assigned accounts through regular client interactions and adherence to departmental protocols.
- Assist clients in navigating Treasury Management offerings, including all online platforms.
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Three to five years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Guiding clients through online platforms and Treasury Management products using the bank's service tools.
- Maintaining a solid technical understanding of banking systems and participating in ongoing training to enhance knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with department-specific systems.
- Advanced understanding of departmental and banking products and services.
- Preferred knowledge of digital capabilities with experience in an IT environment.
- Understanding of Treasury Management Products/Services, with preferred experience in GTM and Operations.
- A.S. Degree (Minimum) Preferred, or equivalent work experience in any field.
