Job Summary: Admissions Manager

The Admissions Manager plays a critical role in shaping the academic profile of our students by leading the recruitment and evaluation process for admissions. This position requires a strong understanding of higher education, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to the Admissions Committee.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and analyze recruitment events, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent required; minimum two years experience in admissions or higher education.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and admissions, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Slate, and other student information systems.
