Admissions Support Specialist

New Brunswick Counseling Center seeks a part-time Admissions Support Specialist to provide comprehensive client-centered services and coordinate intake appointments.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and 1+ year of experience/training in a healthcare setting. The Admissions Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective clients and their families
- Interviewing potential participants and their support team to determine eligibility and coordinate intake appointments
- Communicating with the multidisciplinary treatment team regarding applicants and participating in determining fit for the Program
- Liaising and coordinating effectively with all pertinent parties throughout the intake and admission process for new clients
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in Spanish is preferred, and ability to work independently or with a team. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), and opportunities for growth and development.
