Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Specialist to join our Corporate Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales, service, and execution support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales, service, and execution support to new and ongoing client relationships.
  • Act as a customer solutions resource, gathering required documentation and preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents and relevant information for accuracy.
  • Perform common processing and ensure compliance with standard regulations and processes.
  • Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You will also need to have a strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Additionally, you will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
