Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Sinceri Senior Living. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing consistent and quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
- Engage residents in conversation, socialization, and activities while providing personal care assistance
- Respond promptly to resident needs and requests for care, providing or obtaining assistance as necessary
- Participate in dining room activities during meal times
- Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and outings, assisting as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the community, including resident rooms and common areas
- Assist with resident laundry as needed
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff members
- Ability to perform job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to pass required tests, such as CPR and First Aid, if required by state regulations
