About the Role

This position requires a registered nurse with a strong background in emergency department nursing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients in the emergency department, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Assess patient conditions, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent adverse events.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A valid Texas RN license and current BLS certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in emergency department nursing, preferably in a Level III trauma center.
  • Excellent clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
