Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Gym Director. As a Gym Director, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of one of our locations. This is a full-time, career-level position that requires a strong sense of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring, managing, and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality programs
- Teaching gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels
- Managing all day-to-day operations, including facilities maintenance and equipment management
- Providing outstanding customer service to parents and children
- Selling our programs to new and existing customers through effective marketing and sales strategies
