Job Title: Assistant Regional Therapy Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Regional Therapy Director. As a key member of our therapy team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our therapy gyms throughout Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to ensure efficient and effective therapy services.
  • Analyze and audit processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Manage compliance training and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support new employee onboarding and provide systems training.
  • Provide on-site department support and assist with payroll and performance reviews.
  • Aid in recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Facilitate student placement and provide support for patient coverage needs.
Requirements:
  • PT, OT, ST, PTA, OTA licensure.
  • Prior experience in department, employee, or project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and changing Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Previous experience in therapy management is preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust quickly to changing situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Availability to work in-person, virtually, and by phone.
