We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concierge to join our team at our Miami Beach location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests, determining the nature of their visit and directing them to the appropriate destination.
  • Check-in and announce incoming guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Receive and deliver packages and mail, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Resolve complaints and issues from residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build positive relationships with residents and guests.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of multi-tasking capability.
  • Proficient in handling office equipment, including complex multiline telephones, printers, and copy machines.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background checks.
