Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (with Life & Annuity experience)

This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with 15 years of experience in acting as a liaison among stakeholders to understand group protection products rules and operations of a department unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend solutions that enable stakeholders to achieve their goals by bringing structure and formalization of requirements into the process.
  • Gather business requirements, assist in integration and acceptance testing, support the development of training and implementation material, and participate in the implementation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and investigate business systems to identify options for improving business systems.
  • Assist in bridging the needs of the business with technology.
  • Have experience working in Agile Scrum Methodology.
