Key Responsibilities

  • Design, revise, and produce training materials in accordance with FAA regulations
  • Organize training sessions with the necessary approvals
  • Provide coaching to improve leadership capabilities
  • Lead initiatives aimed at team-level transformations
  • Evaluate existing processes and suggest enhancements

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with FAA exposure
  • PMP Certification is mandatory
