About the Position:

We are seeking an Executive Custodial Supervisor to join our team at Embassy Suites Lubbock. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
  • Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive knowledge of environmental services (EVS), including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • At least 2 years of hospitality or guest services experience.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
