Job Summary

As a Mountain Brook Caregiver with Right at Home, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and clean environment for our clients in their residences. Your responsibilities will include performing various housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and companionship activities. You may also be required to provide standby assistance with activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Right at Home policies and procedures.
  • Perform homemaking activities, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients according to their instructions. You may also perform grocery shopping, if prearranged with the office.
  • Provide companionship for clients, including accompanying them on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, and assistance with hobbies.
  • Document services provided in writing.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, lifting, transferring, and other personal care tasks.
