Front Office Coordinator

The Front Office Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Housing Department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Housing Department, including preparing communications, reports, and other correspondence.
- Manage front office operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Assist with client intake, including reviewing applications and providing information about programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the Housing Department to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- 2+ years of front office, administrative, or reception experience, preferably in a client/customer-facing role.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and write in standard English.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and set priorities.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences.
- Demonstrates cultural competency and sensitivity to the needs of adults with multiple challenges.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience working with ethnic/minorities.
- Non-profit experience strongly preferred.
- Medical - $8,325 per year.
