Job Title: Financial Analyst - Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Retail Operations to join our team at WorldLink. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Excel reports to analyze and display key performance indicators (KPIs) that monitor the health of the Retail Operations business.
  • Collate data from various sources, including SAP, Excel, internal and external databases, into meaningful and impactful reports.
  • Create and manage a repository of reports, templates, and data to serve as a knowledge base.
  • Use critical thinking and data analysis to analyze business processes and recommend process and automation enhancements.
  • Financial planning and reporting, including budgeting, forecast vs. actual reporting, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience with Excel summary design and delivery, with examples of previous work and ad-hoc reporting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance-related discipline (flexible if qualified).
  • Excel Certification preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with proven examples of creating executive-level summaries and reports for tracking financial and vendor information.
