Responsibilities:
Your Role at Raising Cane's:
The Marketing Communications Lead offers robust functional support to identify, create, and implement national program campaigns and brand integration initiatives that deliver targeted, timely, and on-brand messaging to achieve business growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assists and actively engages in the formulation of the annual campaign calendar
- Directs the creation of brand campaigns by developing execution strategies and launch plans
- Supplies the restaurant marketing team with campaign and brand program specifics to ensure successful deployment of campaigns and brand initiatives
- Collaborates cross-functionally across the organization to guarantee effective communication of all campaign elements and to ensure that all relevant company functions support campaign execution
- Identifies, evaluates, develops, and implements brand integration opportunities to enhance Raising Cane's brand visibility on a national scale
- Monitors market trends and provides insights that may influence campaign and brand initiatives
- Delivers comprehensive performance analysis of campaigns and programs
Qualifications:
Requirements for Success:
- 5+ years of experience in the restaurant, food, or beverage industry, retail, or packaged goods related to Brand Marketing
- Knowledge of brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team setting
Proficient in Microsoft:
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor's degree required
