Frontera Search Partners, LLC is seeking a talented Pediatrics Physician to fill a part-time position for 3 days per week in Frisco, TX. This temporary opportunity will provide comprehensive pediatric care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients from newborn to adolescent age.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pediatrician to join our team temporarily to cover for a Pediatrician going on maternity leave starting January. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and developmental screenings.
  • Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries.
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians to address health concerns and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  • Ensure patient care adheres to clinic protocols and medical standards.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree with board certification in Pediatrics.
  • Active Texas medical license.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children and families.
  • Local to or residing near Frisco, TX for easy commute.
Compensation

This part-time opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, flexible schedule with a 3-day workweek, and experience working with a well-established pediatric team.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
