About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Care Coordinator to join our team. As a CNC, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
  • You will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

About the Job:

  • As a Pediatric Nurse Care Coordinator, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, managing inventory control, and supporting proper supplies and equipment management.
  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, basic life support certification, and pediatric advanced life support certification. You will also need at least one year of applicable experience as a registered nurse in a pediatric setting.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
