Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve delivering essential compensation, tax, and payroll services to support our clients' international talent. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of tax and compensation services to client organizations
  • Preparing compensation worksheets and balance sheets
  • Conducting salary analyses and calculations
  • Managing payroll processes
  • Creating cost projections
  • Drafting assignment letters
  • Compiling compensation summaries
  • Performing W-2 reconciliations
  • Executing journal entries and tracking
  • Overseeing compensation collection
  • Tracking tax equalization
  • Handling special projects as designated by the business unit

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in expatriate tax, compliance, payroll, or assignment management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in a foreign language is advantageous
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus
