Boat Training Specialist

We are excited to welcome a skilled and experienced boating professional to our team as a Boat Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one training to members on the water, including evaluating their proficiency in vessel handling and certifying that they are competent to operate our boats safely.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring others, as well as a strong understanding of boating safety protocols. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members have a safe and enjoyable boating experience.
A competitive starting rate of $20/hour is offered to successful candidates, along with an employee membership after 4 weeks of service. Additionally, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and supportive work environment where every team member is valued for their unique skills and contributions.
