Overview

Bear Robotics, Inc. is a leading provider of robotic solutions for the hospitality industry. We are seeking a Channel Sales Growth Leader to join our team and drive revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive channel sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a channel sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and potential channel partners to expand the company's reach.
  • Set ambitious sales targets for the channel sales team and channel partners, and monitor performance to ensure meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enhance their understanding of the company's products and services.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales and business development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the food service distribution industries or hospitality software companies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the channel sales team and partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidate must be located within the Chicagoland area and have the ability to travel.
