Marketing Communications Specialist

ZGF Architects LLP is a leading architectural firm based in Washington D.C. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $62,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage with a generous employer contribution, HSA with employer contribution, 401k with employer match, 4 weeks of PTO, and 10 paid holidays per year.
About the RoleThis role will involve coordinating the preparation of marketing materials, including statements of interest, proposals, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal preparation and management, and will be proficient in InDesign and PowerPoint. A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, including statements of interest, proposals, and presentations.
- Develop and produce high-quality qualification packages, proposals, and presentations, working closely with the marketing group and firm leaders.
- Maintain and update information in Deltek Vision database about business development activities, including leads, contacts, and background information.
- Identify specific client and project opportunities through monitoring of industry sources and websites.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and database programs such as Deltek Vision and Axomic OpenAsset.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
