Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Review Coordinator to join our team at Universal Health Services (UHS). As a Clinical Review Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient admissions and continued stays to ensure clinical pertinence and appropriateness of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and payors to resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external review organizations and payors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, case management, or utilization review.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
