This role is primarily focused on facilitating the loan manufacturing process in collaboration with Sales. The Processor will prioritize daily workflows and ensure that each loan is processed efficiently and with the highest quality standards. Establishing communication with all third parties involved in the transaction is essential, including Title Companies and Appraisal Management Companies. The Processor will also work closely with internal departments such as Underwriting, Secondary, Closing, and Post-Closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain communication with Borrowers as needed.
  • Engage actively with all third parties involved.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on any loan conditions received from Sales.
  • Process all loans in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Perform necessary tasks to clear all assigned Processing Conditions.
  • Ensure all files comply with the pre-closing checklist.
  • Maintain satisfactory monthly quality scores.
  • Coordinate all closing requests from Sales.
  • Audit files for compliance throughout the loan process, including RESPA/GFE and other required disclosures.
  • Prepare loan files for final review by the Processing Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Prior processing experience is essential.
