Medical Records Coordinator

Mission Regional Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in the Rio Grande Valley, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Unit Secretary to join our award-winning team. As a member of our team, you will be part of a community committed to delivering quality, compassionate care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to our nursing staff, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Transcribe physician orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of documentation.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Order supplies and manage unit resources effectively.
- Assist nursing staff with indirect patient care duties, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; medical terminology and computer skills preferred.
- Current BLS certification required; maintain current certification.
