About the Job
We are seeking an NVDR document coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents for state registration, following proper paperwork procedures, and ensuring that tax and title documents are completed accurately. You will also process payoffs, registrations, license plate issuing, transfers, and obtain dealer titles. Additionally, you will prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit it to DMV, as well as maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts, and other pertinent information related to vehicle sales or transfers.

Responsibilities
  • Process documents for state registration, follow proper paperwork procedures, and ensure accuracy of tax and title documents.
  • Process payoffs, registrations, license plate issuing, transfers, and obtain dealer titles.
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV.
  • Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts, and other pertinent information related to vehicle sales or transfers.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience with NVDR.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous title experience required.
  • Highly organized and eager to improve.
  • Willingness to take initiative.
  • Computer literacy, quality writing, and grammar skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Salary$45,000 - $60,000 per year
