Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced NVDR Clerk to join our team, responsible for managing vehicle title documents and coordinating with dealerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vehicle title documents, including state registration and dealer title requirements.
- Collaborate with dealerships to ensure accurate and timely processing of payoffs, registrations, and title transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with NVDR.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
