About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at CS Energy. As a key member of our project operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of safe, high-quality, and profitable renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and address non-compliance among employees, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Perform or oversee fundamental project management practices, including construction progress tracking, progress and financial forecasting, document management, problem-solving, dispute resolution, design troubleshooting, and value engineering
  • Set, communicate, and enforce production goals and schedules with subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant construction industry experience, with progressively greater responsibility
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing self-perform work with several crews totaling 20 craft persons and equipment operators or more
  • Master Electrical License is preferred
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse group of individuals
  • Previous experience as a construction Foreman
  • Successfully led relatively complex construction projects with diverse scopes and aggressive schedules
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Robust knowledge of various areas of construction (electrical, earthwork, utilities, structures, mechanical, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, leadership, people skills, and solid time management skills
  • Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software
