Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Co-op to join our team of experts in Framingham, Massachusetts. As a Project Manager Co-op, you will assist our experienced Project Managers with various tasks, including estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, and design meetings
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and submit permit forms, drawings, and fees to local authorities
  • Review and communicate shop drawings and submittals with subcontractors
  • Process subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and pay applications
  • Conduct job site visits with Project Managers to ensure project progress
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or Construction Management Bachelor's degree program
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
  • Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic
