Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager or Service Manager to oversee a wide range of small to mid-sized residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury residential construction project management and be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements.
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Plan and schedule construction operations to ensure timely completion.
  • Acquire equipment and materials, monitoring stock levels to address any inadequacies.
  • Hire contractors and allocate responsibilities.
  • Supervise laborers, mechanics, and other personnel, providing guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report any issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager.
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software, with Procore proficiency a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
