Job Title: Outside Sales Consultant

Sales Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and energetic sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting face-to-face with customers in their homes to help them find the best flooring products for their needs.

About the Job:

This is a 100% commission + bonus opportunity. Our Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. You will have the opportunity to work with pre-qualified leads, representing a quality brand in the industry serving customers for over 60 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to discuss their flooring needs and provide solutions.
  • Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.

Requirements:

Earning Potential: $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
