Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in strategic finance within a global organization, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong financial analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of corporate finance and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities, with the capacity to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of the impact of technology on finance, with a curiosity-driven approach to innovation and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay Range: $252,500 - $332,500
Annual Bonus Target: 40%
Equity and comprehensive benefits package included.
