Job Title: Vice President, FP&A

PEG Companies is seeking an experienced and analytical Vice President to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function across our vertically integrated real estate investment firm.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate finance to oversee all aspects of FP&A for corporate, investment, development, residential, hospitality, and construction assets. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights and guidance to support the firm's growth and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • FP&A Leadership: Oversee the FP&A function across all business units, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts for all business units.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze current and future financial performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance across all assets, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the firm's growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in real estate finance.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing FP&A teams.
