Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at The Viv Hotel Anaheim. As a key member of our Front Desk Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and services.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide personalized recognition.
- Review daily arrival lists and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
- Escort VIPs to their rooms and facilitate smooth check-in procedures.
- Answer phone calls promptly and respond to guest inquiries effectively.
- Manage cash handling duties, including counting bank at the beginning and end of shifts, and adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and participate in lobby activation tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year's experience in Front Desk Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
- A high school education or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Excellent time management skills.
